We have two locations in NYC. Hudson Yards at 450 W 31st St has Studio 1 with a 22-ft cyc wall, Studio 3, Studio 9, Loft 10, a green screen studio, and Kitchen 10. Our Flatiron location at 50 W 17th St has a full studio floor, rooftop, and outdoor spaces.
Yes. All our studios feature large windows with strong natural daylight and multiple exposures. Blackout curtains are available in all studios when you need full light control.
A cyclorama — or cyc wall — is a seamless curved wall that eliminates corners and shadows, creating a clean infinite background for photo and video shoots. Studio 1 at our Hudson Yards location has a 22-ft cyc wall available for rental.
Yes. Kitchen 10 at Hudson Yards is a fully equipped kitchen studio designed specifically for food photography, commercial cooking shoots, and product campaigns.
Yes. Our Flatiron location has a rooftop with Manhattan skyline views and outdoor terrace spaces available for photo shoots, brand activations, and private events.
Over 20,000 sq ft across both locations — approximately 12,000 sq ft at Hudson Yards and 7,000 sq ft at Flatiron.

Yes. We offer a full range of professional lighting, grip, and camera support equipment. Review our Equipment page or contact us with your specific gear needs.
You may bring your own camera body. All other equipment must be rented through Daylight Studio. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring additional gear.
Yes. We have an extensive in-house props department including seating, tables, mirrors, walls, floors, plants, and decor. Items can be added to your studio rental.
Yes. Dedicated hair and makeup stations are included in all studio rentals.

Yes. We host brand activations, product launches, fashion shows, corporate events, private parties, networking events, castings, pop-ups, and more at both locations.
Capacity depends on the studio and event format. Some configurations can accommodate up to 500 guests. Share your event type and guest count and we'll recommend the best space.
Yes. Daylight Studio is one of NYC's premier fashion show venues and a regular host for NYFW events. We have full runway infrastructure and production holding capabilities.
We can recommend catering partners. Water stations are available in all studios.
Yes. We regularly host corporate events, product launches, brand activations, conferences, and private gatherings for Fortune 500 brands and agencies at both our Hudson Yards and Flatiron locations.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees vary depending on how close the cancellation is to the booking date. Contact us for full policy details.
For commercial productions we may require a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Please review our insurance requirements or contact us for details.
Overtime applies after the scheduled end time at rates that vary by studio and time of day.
Moderate sound is permitted. For loud audio, music videos, or live performances please notify us in advance.
We do not offer dedicated on-site parking. Nearby garages are available. For Hudson Yards, garages are located on W 31st Street between 8th and 9th Avenues.
