Our spaces are sun-drenched with iconic, oversized industrial factory sash windows. Studio 1 features massive 14-ft windows with a complete North, South, East, and West 4-way exposure.

Yes, load-ins are seamless. We feature a commercial loading dock with direct access to a heavy-duty freight elevator that opens directly into the studio space at our Hudson Yards location. Normal freight hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with after-hours freight available upon advance request.

We supply premium, fully integrated stations on-site.
Our Flatiron Studio includes 4 professional HMU stations, 4 director's chairs, 2 clothing racks, 15 hangers, an ironing board, a steamer, and a high-end built-in white kitchen with coffee systems.
Our Hudson Yards spaces each studio include 2 dedicated beauty stations, director's chairs, 2 heavy-duty wardrobe racks, 15 hangers, and full commercial steamers.

Yes. Boths locations are multi-stall restrooms, and a dedicated in-studio shower room. Also, we can set up a private lounge area, built-in air walls and V-Flat walls

The Flatiron Rooftop: A premium 1,500 sq. ft. open-air wood-decked rooftop featuring majestic 360° panoramic Manhattan skyline views, a classic NYC water tower backdrop, structural planters, and sweeping sights looking toward World Trade Center and Hudson Yards.
The Hudson Yards Terrace: An elevated terrace directly overlooking the world-class architecture of Hudson Yards and the High Line Park, accessed seamlessly from Loft 10.

Our event spaces are fully tech-enabled. They include an iPad-controlled, Bluetooth-enabled sound system (powered by Soundtrack Your Brand for business licensing), dimmable architectural chandeliers, and high-definition visual arrays, including a 75” Flat Screen TV and up to 4 high-output digital projectors available upon request.

Our standard minimum booking is a half-day (5 hours). Full-day block bookings are 10 hours. If your shoot requires a quick turnaround or specialized hourly access, please contact our booking coordinator to discuss custom scheduling availability.

Yes. Our Hudson Yards location features a fully accessible, commercial loading dock with direct access to our heavy-duty freight elevator. This allows production trucks, grip vans, and catering teams to unload large gear setups smoothly and securely right off the street.

Yes, we are fully pet-friendly for productions and photo shoots! Domestic animals are welcome on set with advance notice, provided they are supervised by a handler. For large-scale events or public gatherings, please coordinate with our manager regarding building guidelines and safety policies.

Absolutely. To save your production team the logistical hassle of hauling heavy gear across Manhattan, we offer comprehensive EQ, lighting, and camera rental packages directly on-site. Please check our equipment department. Let us know your gear list in advance, and we will have everything pre-staged in your studio when your crew arrives.

Yes, we specialize in set design and custom fabrication. Our in-house production team can build custom flats, specialized backdrops, wall boards. Depending on the scale of the build, custom fabrications require a 2-5 business day lead time. Contact us with your dimensions and reference images for a rapid quote.

Our Hudson Yards spaces are located just two blocks from the Javits Center, making them the ideal premium showroom and event activation space for major trade shows, Coterie buyers, and international fashion events.
We are on the exact same block as Penn Station (between 9th and 10th Avenue), giving your local and out-of-town guests instant access to Amtrak, LIRR, NJ Transit, and NYC subway lines.
