Daylight Studio (est. 1998) and Metromotion Productions Inc. (est. 1991) operate 20,000 square feet of premier studio and event space in Manhattan, with locations in Hudson Yards and the Flatiron District.
We deliver specialized services through two divisions:
Daylight Studio LLC : Fully equipped spaces for professional photography and studio productions. Our studios are supported by a massive inventory of state-of-the-art, in-house equipment.
Metromotion Productions Inc: Full-scale production services for the Film | Photo industries, high-profile events, galas, and fashion shows.

Her career began in Tallinn, Estonia, where she worked as a fashion designer and founded a clothing manufacturing company. She built this operation from concept to successful enterprise, establishing strong foundational skills in production, supply chain management, and business development.
Following her relocation to the United States, Astor transitioned into the commercial and residential real estate sector. She established and grew a successful brokerage operation, developing deep expertise in market analysis, management, and large-scale organizational scaling.
